Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your purchases from The Rounded House. If for any reasons you change your mind, we are happy to accept returns in line with your consumer rights.

Returning an Item

Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to return an item to us.  You have 14 days to do so.

Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and, where applicable, with their original packaging and tags still atached.

Unless an item is damaged of faulty, you are responsible for the return costs. Please use a tracking service to ensure your items reach us safely.

Refunds

Once your return has been received, we will process your refund to your original payment method.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or isn't what you order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will be happy to help.
