Shipping & Delivery

We carefully pack every order at The Rounded House and aim to get your purchases on their way to you as quickly as possible. We aim to dispatch all orders to you within two working days.

We offer a complimentary gift wrapping service .  Please ensure you tick this box if you require this service.

Delivery

We currently deliver within the UK. Our standard delivery charge is £5.95, and this cost will be shown to you at checkout, before you complete your order.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with any available tracking information.

Average delivery time is 3-5 days, from dispatch.

Please note the delivery times can occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, particularly within busy periods and around Christmas.

Local Collection

If you are local to Oundle, we also offer you the option to collect your order from The Rounded House store, within our standard opening times. These are usually 9.30-5pm Monday - Friday. However they do change from time to time ( bank holidays etc) so we suggest you check we are open before making your journey.

Please select Click and Collect, and collection details will be provided at checkout.

If you have not managed to collect your parcel within 7 working days, you will be refunded. If for any reason you need to extend this please contact us.
